Our Commitment To You


We will attempt to give you a refund or exchange on every item purchased at Baraka Supermarket store
or online when you bring in your original receipt.


What is Baraka Supermarket's return policy?


Unopened items, with an original receipt, in original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase
will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Items that are
opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Exchanges


Exchanges are handled in the same manner as product returns. To exchange a product, simply bring it to
Baraka Supermarket store within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition and packaging, with your
original receipt.


Are there any exceptions to the return policy?


There are some exceptions to our Returns Policy. These include:
1. Returns or exchanges on an item without an original receipt may not be accepted.
2. A defective item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced.


Are there any exceptions to the return policy?


Some products at Baraka Supermarket are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
 (i) Gift Cards
 (ii) Prepaid Phone Cards
 (iii) Meat and fish products after cut
 (iv) Packaged frozen food products
 (v) Food products if safety seal is removed
 (vi) Clearance or final sale merchandise
